Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are golf carts included or required when using my Ultimate Golf Card
membership?
A: It completely depends on the course and how they
structure their daily fee public rates and discount redemption process. Exact details vary by course as
outlined on our Member Benefits page.
When using just your card for Unlimited Loyalty Discounts, you'll only have
to pay a cart fee if the course prohibits walking during the time you play.
Q: Are there any time of day restrictions when I can use my Ultimate Golf Card
for the everyday 'Show & Save' Loyalty Discount?
A: In most cases, there are no time of day or time of year
restrictions when using your card for 'Show & Save' Loyalty Discounts.
Some courses, however, will not honor discounts on holidays and all
discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or special discounted
rates published by the course. Please review our
Member Benefits page for exact discount
benefits by course.
Q: Are there any time of day restrictions or limits on use when I redeem
the “2 for 1” or "4 for 3" Green Fee Certificates?
A: Yes. Restrictions vary by course depending upon the individual
course, time of day and date of use. Please review our
Member Benefits page for exact rules of use when redeeming your
FREE round
certificates.
Q: Can I use the free round obtained by redeeming the Buy 1 Get 1 FREE
certificate(s) for myself such as playing one paid round in the morning and
another free round in the afternoon or the next day?
A: No. Free rounds must be used in conjunction with paid rounds.
Therefore you must bring a guest to play the free round during your paid
round.
Q: If I’m playing in a foursome, and I’m the only player with an
Ultimate Golf Card, can I use two (2) of my FREE Round Certificates that day
for my group?
A: Yes. Provided you pay for two rounds, you can redeem your
"2 for 1" certificates for the other two members of your foursome.
If using a "4 for 3" certificate, then obviously your group will need to pay
for three rounds in order to receive the free round.
Q: When reserving a tee time, what does "Up to 7 days advanced notice"
mean?
A: In order to reserve a tee time w/ the card and recognize the
discounts, you must notify the course up to 7 days of playing your round.
Some courses may accept "walk-ins" if the course has available tee times. We
highly recommend calling ahead to reserve your tee time.
Q: I am 62 years old, I receive a 10% discount on green fees on Monday
(Senior Day), do I also receive an additional 15% discount with my card?
A: No. Only 1 discount is applicable. In this case, it is best to
use the card for the 15% discount vs. the 10% Senior Day discount. The card
can not be combined with any other offer or special discounted rate.
Q: Is all merchandise in the Pro Shop eligible for the 10% discount?
A: No. Some restrictions may apply on some purchases. If a course
is offering 20% discount on certain items, the card may not be applicable
for an additional 10%. Check with your local pro shop for details and
applicable restrictions. Please also review our
Member Benefits page for information on
which courses honor 10% off pro shop discounts with your Ultimate Golf Card.
